Identify a particular piece of material
For a catalogue item, include the character's public name or artwork reference and explain what concerns you. Do not attach identity documents, somebody else's private records or reproductions of illegal content to the enquiry.
Status depends on the actual material
Record-keeping duties and any applicable exemption depend on the production of the material and the responsible operator. Neither a filename, a character label nor an image style establishes that status.
This information does not certify an exemption under 18 U.S.C. 2257 or 2257A. Any applicable compliance notice needs to correspond to the actual material and the operator's obligations.
Choose the relevant enquiry route
Use a content report for a concern about an individual item and a support enquiry for a general records question. A concise reference and an explanation of the issue are more useful than unrelated personal documents.
